Toy Box Time Return Policy
We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases! We are committed to meeting your expectations in customer service and quality products.
We have created our Toy Box Time Return Policy to inform you of your options in the event you are not completely satisfied.
Any item may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of the delivery date, when the following conditions apply:

Returned items are new and unopened, in original packaging and condition.

Returned items arrive Postage Paid. We are not responsible for shipping!

Returned items have been assigned a Return Authorization Number (RA#)
When these conditions apply, you will be issued

Your requested exchange (customer responsible for shipping)

Refund, less original shipping and a 10% restocking fee
If your original purchase was with money order, check, or gift certificate, your refund will come in the form of a check within 15 business days.
If the item arrives damaged or defective, save all shipping and packaging material, then contact our Customer Service Department immediately! We will discuss refund or exchange options as each case merits.

Note: Furniture orders are normally returned to the manufacturer upon approval by both Toy Box Time and the respective manufacturer. You may be required to contact the manufacturer in regards to furniture items or products that required special order.
Be sure to include a copy of your invoice! Return requests after 15 days will not be honored.
